hey raymond! here's a project that tp culture might be wiling to support. overseas absentee voters' registration now includes holders of dual citizenships and filipino migrants. the registration period ends on september 30, 2006. hope you can inform our fil-ams that they can now avail of this right to elect national candidates for the 2007 elections. all they need to do is to bring their passports to the nearest embassy/consulate and fill out an oav form. for those who wish to enjoy dual citizenship, they only need to apply at any of our embassy/consulates. it takes little time but creates a real bond between overseas filipinos and their country of birth/homeland. for more details, they can visit www.dfa.gov.ph. thanks!
